About me

 

The first time I entered the gym I was a teenager. I was a chubby boy so my father forced me to sign up. I was completely lost there, without a coach helping and teaching me, so I quit after few weeks.

 

After few years I returned to gym with stronger mind. I started training again alone, without help from anyone. I was doing silly exercises and wasting my time in gym as I didn't know what to do. After long time of reading and learning about fitness and nutrition I finally felt comfortable in the gym. I started to see results from my training and my body started to change as I wanted. 

 

After few years I felt I wanted to help people who have various fitness goals so they don't struggle and waste time as I did. I completed various certifications to become a Personal Trainer, increase my knowledge and started training people. Since then I saw many successes and smiles on my clients' faces.

 

I specialize in weight loss, weight gain, bodybuilding, strength training.
