The first time I entered the gym I was a teenager. I was a chubby boy so my father forced me to sign up. I was completely lost there, without a coach helping and teaching me, so I quit after few weeks.
After few years I returned to gym with stronger mind. I started training again alone, without help from anyone. I was doing silly exercises and wasting my time in gym as I didn't know what to do. After long time of reading and learning about fitness and nutrition I finally felt comfortable in the gym. I started to see results from my training and my body started to change as I wanted.
After few years I felt I wanted to help people who have various fitness goals so they don't struggle and waste time as I did. I completed various certifications to become a Personal Trainer, increase my knowledge and started training people. Since then I saw many successes and smiles on my clients' faces.
I specialize in weight loss, weight gain, bodybuilding, strength training.

I train men, women, kids, teenagers and groups.
Training sessions are specially designed for you with an aim to reach your fitness goals (lose/gain weight, build muscles, build strength, etc.) in a specific agreed time frame. I make sure that you perform exercises in correct and safe manner. I help and motivate you through your journey towards your dream goal.


Online Programs are for people who have access to gym (commercial, home, compound, building) and are comfortable following a program on their own with a guidance and follow up from Personal Trainer.
The program is specifically designed to your goals (weight loss, weight gain, bodybuilding, strength increase) and is based on the equipment that is available to you, so you can simply follow it without hassle of thinking "what should I do in the gym today".


Client A., 45 year old man, 105 kg weight, contacted me with a goal to lose weight and improve his health. I designed a diet plan for him which he followed and he has been working out consistently. After 3 months he reached to 92 kg weight, increased his muscle mass and his health improved.
And he isn't stopping!


Client A., a busy mother of 3 who worked out according to online program that I prepared for her, at her home with minimal equipment. She also followed diet plan that I designed for her.
